PennCo started as Penn Excavating in 2019. In 2022, Penn Excavating took the steps to rebrand to PennCo for the continuing growth. With a large network of customers, PennCo remains a revered excavating contractor for residential and farm projects up to industrial projects in Southern Illinois.
We are now excited to offer additional services, including mobile welding and railroad construction, with the help of partnering companies such as Gateway Infrastructure Services and Great River Track Services.
